Hannah is great and I’ve loved her online classes! Vinyasa yoga is the best for a deep body stretch, good workout and also meditation as you use your breath to move through each movement. I’d definitely recommend 😊
Online Beginners Vinyasa
Fab beginner's yoga session this morning. Miserable weather outside, so it was lovely to be active indoors. Even had my dafodils next to my laptop, so brought a little spring to the day. Attended my first zoom session tonight, and as a total beginner, Hannah went as a perfect pace and explained every movement carefully. She put me at ease and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Hannah. See you again on zoom next week!
Online Yoga for Seniors
Thank you for the excellent Seniors yoga class this morning. I am 87 years old with various health problems and have never done yoga before but Hannah made it accessible by having me use a chair. This yoga has inspired me to continue and feel the benefits in body and mind.
Monday Ashtanga Vinyasa
If you are thinking of starting yoga this year but worried that you may find a class too tough or even, intimidating, I can highly recommend Hannah Young Stronger Me Yoga.
I have been attending Hannah’s Monday evening class at Llanover for several months now, it’s a small class and fair to say, a mix of ages and abilities. Everyone is welcoming and we do have a few laughs too 😂Hannah works us hard, in a gentle way, it’s a great workout for mind and body.
